How do I pay for my online order?

All online orders are through our secure online payment partner, Stripe. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We also accept Bank Transfers. In order to pay by Bank Transfer please contact our team on 02038 370533. Please note we cannot take card orders over the telephone.

How will my order be delivered?

UK Deliveries:

Standard: delivery up to 5 working days after the order is placed (between 9am-6pm Mon-Thurs and 9am-3.30pm Friday) – Complimentary
Express: delivery up to 3 working days after the order is placed (between 9am-6pm Mon-Thurs and 9am-3.30pm Friday) – £20

International Deliveries:

Unforunately internationa delivery is not available via our website at this time. Please call us on +44 (0) 2038 370533 to order over the phone.

Delivery times are indicative only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Working days are defined as Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm and Friday 9am to 3.30pm, excluding public holidays in the UK.Please note that deliveries can take longer than expected in certain remote areas such as Highlands or islands or if your order required additional security validation. An email will be sent to you confirming the exact date of your delivery.

Exceptions:

Out of stock standard items within 3 weeks from the date payment is received in cleared funds and personalised.

How do I return an item?

Exchange & Return Policies

Rowbree Ltd will exchange any item that does not bring you full satisfaction within 30 days after delivery. Under Distance Selling Regulations, you also have a legal right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If you do not want to keep the item(s), please notify us within 14 working days after receiving your order.

Please note that bespoke or personalised items cannot be exchanged nor returned.

Items returned must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes. Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed accordingly with the exchange or the return.
